With over thirty years in the Automotive Industry, Becky is an accomplished and results-oriented F&I Profit Strategist. Prior to starting Chernek Consulting, LLC in 2001 she successfully held several F&I leadership roles with several automotive groups on the East Coast and worked as a national FMI development specialist for JM&A. Her accomplishments include being part of a team that revolutionized F&I as it is today, implementing menu selling in the AutoNation Mega Stores. She was responsible for hiring and training development of finance personnel taking the nation by storm adding millions to the bottom line! As an F&I leader, Becky has helped multiple clients improve their F&I skills and processes massively improving overall performance on the front and backend without tearing down walls! In 2015, she launched “Chernek on Demand,’ a 24/7 online portal for continuing F&I education! This innovative digital platform allows students with a wide spectrum of courseware to address various types of F&I fundamentals.

Becky is a frequent speaker at various industry events and prior to Covid, offering the F&I Roundtable in Atlanta, Baltimore and upcoming in Las Vegas. She promises to return!

Her international facilitation includes conducting a five-day F&I workshop for Sym-Tech Dealer services of Canada, two day advanced class as well as a long relationship working with several Canadian automotive dealership groups. In addition to multiple Automotive and RV dealers, her clients include NCM Institute, Mercedes Benz USA, Automotive Dealership Institute and twenty groups.

Becky also launched, “Closing Tools: Mastering Menu Sales” workshop – a three-day F&I Sales Management course throughout the USA providing customized in-dealership training with hundreds of excellent dealer testimonials! She has delivered over 1000 presentations totaling 5000+ platform hours and loves every minute of it. Becky is passionate about helping others to succeed!
