About Rebecca Chernek & Chernek Consulting


Rebecca Chernek founded Chernek Consulting in 2001 and brings more than 30 years of real-world automotive retail experience as a former F&I Director, platform leader, and national consultant. She has helped hundreds of dealerships across North America unlock untapped profit, modernize outdated processes, and align Sales and F&I around a single objective: sustainable, compliant growth.



Becky is widely recognized as a leading authority in Desking for the Modern Retailer—bridging the gap between traditional desk practices and today’s digital-first, transparency-driven consumer journey. From the moment a customer lands on a dealership website to deal structure, desking strategy, lender alignment, and final presentation in the F&I office, her methodology eliminates friction, exposes profit leaks, and replaces antiquated habits with proven, modern workflows.
