    • Having had someone else at the dealership come to the class and be successful using it I was wanting to see the menu system myself. My reservations about menu selling was time and the ability to actually sell the products using the menu system. Time to complete the deal and still keep the customer from feeling it was too long. Other menu systems I have seen never really sold the products. Too many customers bought products only to cancel them later because they saw no value in them.I feel that after this seminar that I can use this system and accomplish all that I feel is important while increasing profits. The menu system should allow me to present all the products in a timely manner and still allow one to build enough value in the products to make them stick. Becky is an effective instructor personable and professional. Covered material very well and always reinforced by letting us demonstrate. Good review of all the material as well.     • I’m still new into the finance department, but I love it. I think this class was a great learning experience for me. I learned some laws and regulations that I was not aware of. I think the menu selling will really help me a lot. I look forward to getting to the dealership and putting my products to work on a menu! I will be at least $1,000 per car and I can’t wait!
